Overview: The government reiterates that one must avoid leaving the house. You can go out to work or for health reasons or for other needs, such as, for example, the purchase of necessary goods. However, you must be able to prove it, even through self-certification. The prohibitions and recommendations obviously apply, as reiterated, also to travel within the municipality. The use of the bicycle, in compliance with the interpersonal distance of at least one meter, is subject to the restrictive measures of the DPCM of 9 March 2020 called #Iorestoacasa. This provision limits the movement of people entering and leaving the territories as well as within the territories except for movements motivated by proven work needs or situations of necessity or movements for health reasons. In case of any checks, self-certification must be provided . It is not justified to use the vehicle for carrying out physical activity or for training, beyond the borders of one’s territory of domicile, home or residence.
