Overview: The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees has been ordered by the Federal Ministry for the Interior to temporarily suspend all Dublin transfers to and from Germany until further notice.
Already planned transfers are to be made up for at a later date. In addition, the subsequent immigration of relatives to their family members as provided for in the Dublin Regulation is also to be made up for at a later date.
