Overview: Croatia (which took on the six-month rotating presidency of EU on 1 January 2020) activated the EU Integrated Crisis Response (IPCR), which supports rapid and coordinated mechanism of decision-making at EU political level: streamlining information sharing, facilitating collaboration and coordinating crisis response at political level.
