Overview: Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs. Croatia (chair of the EU Council for 6 months) initiated an Extraordinary Health Council (meeting of the health ministers of 27 member states). They agreed on measures for better coordination in response to the emergence of the new COVID-19 coronavirus and measures to combat the risk of spreading.
