Overview: In accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110/1998 Coll., On the Security of the Czech Republic, the Government declares for the territory of the Czech Republic due to health risks in connection with proving the occurrence of coronavirus (referred to as SARS CoV-2) in the Czech Republic. Republic of emergency for the period from 2 pm on 12 March 2020 for a period of 30 days.
