Overview: An extraordinary measure of the Ministry of Health File no. MZDR 5503 / 2020-12 / PRO of On 6 March 2020 (the “emergency measure”), all persons were prohibited from selling all personal protective equipment according to the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/425, class FFP3 manufactured and marketed in accordance with technical standard EN 149: 2001 + A1: 2009 to persons other than the Czech Republic.
