Evidence/Justification: Healthcare Minister Arsen Torosyan gave updated COVID-19 statistics and information on infected patients’ health status.

Emergency Situation Commandant, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan recommended extending the state of emergency for 30 days and maintaining the nationwide lockdown.

The Prime Minister instructed the task force to draft a government decree on extending the state of emergency for 30 days through 15 May 2020.
