Overview: The movement of pensioners will be from 6:00 to 08:30 in the morning. Other citizens will move from 09:30 to 17:30, accompanied by no more than one person. As far as private means of transport are concerned, they will be allowed to circulate without authorization only within the District or the respective Municipalities from 09:30 to 17:30, with only one passenger.
