Overview: Resolution of the Ministry of Health No.395, which restricts citizen mobility in the national territory for the fourth consecutive weekend. Previously, the same restrictive measure was imposed for the weekends of the month of april begining with Easter sunday.

Evidence/Justification: It has been shown that CoVid-19 is transmitted efficiently from person to person,with clusters of intra family cases and transmission to health personnel. Transmission capacity, which we ussually estimate from the so called basic reproductive number or Ro, is the variable that health authorities among other epidemiological evidence are taken into account for sustaining the restrictive measures, they aim is to reach a Ro below one (1), currently is at 1.5.
