Overview: Ministerial Resolution DM-155-202, for the purpose of reopening the private and government sector, which establishes the implementation of health requirements, to create safe spaces for job development in companies after the gradual reopening of some economic sectors, Companies have been asked to create the health and hygiene committees and protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and for the safety of workers, employers and clients.

These standards, based on the legal obligation of the Ministry of Labor and Labor Development (Mitradel), for the preservation of hygiene and health in workplaces, seek that companies can produce adequately, without the risk of COVID contagion. -19, in its facilities, which would help prevent a greater social and economic impact.
