Overview: Executive Decree declaring epidemic areas subject to sanitary control, the provinces of Panama, Panama West and Colon.
The authorities in order to ensure compliance with this declaration, the health authorities, with the collaboration of the security authorities, establish health control points in order to ensure compliance with movement control within the epidemic areas provided in this Decree.
Any person who requires mobilization based on the exceptions established in article 2 of Executive Decree 490, of March 17, 2020, which declares the curfew, must be duly identified and carry personal identification documentation, work identification card , except for conduit according to the format provided by MINSA (safe passage) and an official document that shows their current address.

Depending on the behavior of the health situation or alert level, the MINSA will establish other epidemic zones, epidemiological fences or strategic points of a provincial, district and / or sub-distric, to achieve control of the massive movement of people.
