Overview: Law that establishes and regulates telework in the Republic of Panama and modifies an article of the work code. Regulates the mechanisms to establish an employment relationship in the telework mode or when an employment relationship goes from the face-to-face mode to the telework mode. The worker will have all the rights and obligations inherent to the worker established in the labor code in the Republic of Panama.
This new law modifies article 151 of the labor code that talks about the mechanisms of remuneration for workers.
