14 May 2020 – Retail businesses resume operations with restricted hours and limited staff

Overview: Administrative resolution that authorizes the reactivation, operation and mobilization of some commercial activities, contained in the first block of the strategy called “Route to the new normality”. The activities contemplated in this AR may only carry out their activity through online sales or through digital platforms.
Parameters to be met: protocols on sanitary, hygiene and biosafety measures, provide workers with biosecurity implements and must be certified by the Ministry of Commerce and Health for reopening.
The activities authorized in the first block are:
e-commerce retail; mechanical, metal mechanical, electromechanical and refrigeration workshops; spare parts companies in general;
technical services, such as: plumbing, electricity, systems maintenance, air conditioners, elevators and cleaning of swimming pools and pest control.
