Overview: Executive Decree No. 1036 of September 4, 2020, which lifts as of Monday, September 7, the temporary suspension of the activity of the construction industry, ordered by Executive Decree No. 506 of March 24, 2020 and others provisions.
For the purposes of the orderly reopening, companies must: partially start the operation to guarantee a healthy return that will be from Monday to Saturday, complying with the guidelines of resolution No. 405 of May 11, 2020, the sanitary guidelines for post COVID-19 operations. Employers will provide their employees with biosecurity implements for their protection.
Companies may reinstate up to a maximum of 500 workers per project, previously carrying out antigen or PCR tests on a minimum of 50% of the workers, repeating these tests every 14 days randomly (recomended)
The aforementioned Decree repeals Decree No. 506 and all its modifications.
