Overview: The population will be segmented and allowed to circulate according to the ending number of their national ID, passport, or resident ID, like this: ñ Monday ñ those whose ID, passport, or resident ID end in 1 or 2. ñ Tuesday ñ those whose ID, passport, or resident ID end in 3 or 4. ñ Wednesday ñ those whose ID, passport, or resident ID end in 5 or 6. ñ Thursday ñ those whose ID, passport, or resident ID end in 7 or 8. ñ Friday ñ those whose ID, passport, or resident ID end in 9 or 0.
