Evidence/Justification: This Regional Plan was built to understand the multi-risk scenario the region is facing. The plan was coordinated by the Central American Integration System (SICA) General Secretary, as a joint effort with the Executive Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of Health in Central America and the Dominican Republic (SE-COMISCA), the Executive Secretariat of the Coordination Center for the Prevention of Disasters in Central America and the Dominican Republic (SE-CEPREDENAC), the Secretariat for Central American Economic Integration (SIECA), the Executive Secretariat of the Central American Monetary Council (SE-CMCA), the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) and the Executive Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of Finance or Finance of Central America, Panama and the Dominican Republic (SE-COSEFIN); as well as, of the Commission of Migratory Authorities of the SICA Member Countries (OCAM) and the technical secretariats of the Commission of Chiefs and Directors of Police of Central America, Mexico, the Caribbean and Colombia (CJDPCAMCC), the Central American Judicial Council and del Caribe (CJCC) and the Central American and Caribbean Council of Public Ministries (CCCMP).
