Evidence/Justification: Epidemiology experts from the Ministry of Health pointed out to the Ministry of Education that it was necessary to combine the objective of guaranteeing access to nutritional service with the objective of limit the spread of contagion, avoiding, as far as possible, that many children and young people have to be present at the same time in schools, that’s why, they take the decision of delivering food packages every three weeks.
