Overview: Declaration of Central American Presidents. The Heads of State and Government of Belize, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, and the Dominican Republic met in a virtual meeting; and made a statement to seek solutions to address the economic effects of the crisis, the mechanisms to mitigate it, and the strengthening of mechanisms to support the private sector that integration has and the Central American Bank for Economic Integration, all within the framework of the Central American Integration System (SICA).
