Overview: This is an announcement of Fiji receiving $142, 000 worth of medical equipment from South Korea via Korea International Cooperation Agency and CIAT alumni club. The target audiece are mainly health workers in the Ministry of Health and Medical Services and it was intended to help Fiji in terms of crisis (such as this COVID 19 pandemic).

Minister for Health, Dr. Ifereimi Waqainabete said that over the years Fiji has benefited from the help provided by South Korea and Fiji congratulates South Korea for the work they have done to contain COVID-19 in their country. He also added that the testing kits donated by South Korea will help support the work that is happening in Fiji.
