Overview: In accordance with the Prime Minister’s Decree number 15/CT-TTg dated 27 March 2020, the Ministry of Transportation would develop a plan that limits air transportation from and to Hanoi and HCMC from and to provinces in Vietnam. The aim is to limit risks of transmission of COVID-19 from high risk level provinces/cities (Hanoi and HCMC) and also from these two cities to the provinces and cities.
