25 April 2020 – Prime Minister announces loosening of social distancing restrictions, some businesses re-open

Overview: As the pandemic situation in the country has witnessed some positive changes having applied the Directive 16 for 14 days, the Prime Minister having consulted professionals (national and international) and the National Steering Committee team, decided to issue Directive 19 that aims to, on one hand to loosen social distancing with certain type of business re-opening, to continue to apply basic practices such as hand washing, wearing masks, not gathering in a big crow in public places etc., on the other.
