Overview: The Ministry of Health invoked the Communicable Disease Act, requiring that all suspected cases of people who meet the criteria for COVID-19 are to report to disease control officers within three hours.
Any person who violates or fails to comply with the order shall be liable to a fine not exceeding B20,000.
