Overview: The Ministry of Health and Welfare announced workplace guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19, after an incidence of cluster infections at a Seoul call center.
The guidelines recommended that businesses set up emergency contact lists and designate managers in charge of quarantine activities. The guidelines moreover recommended twice-daily fever checks on all employees, staggering employee working hours, and adopting remote working as much as possible.
