Overview: Strategy shifted from containment to mitigation, and as such the 7th edition of COVID-19 protocols and guidelines are effective. For confirmed cases with high severity, they will be hospitalised in a negative pressure room or infectious disease designated hospital. Cases who are low severity for inpatient treatment, but need to be isolated to minimise transmission and receive monitoring will be provided with medical support at ‘Life treatment centers’ which are set up at each region.
