Overview: This is targeted at the general public, to lay out the tiers of medical care required for persons identified positive for COVID-19. Additional, temporary step down recovery facilities have been set up to care for persons who have residual mild symptoms following the 1st 2 weeks of infection, now deemed to be the acute phase requiring the most active clinical monitoring. Additional expansion of healthcare corps and support functions to be planned by volunteer registrations from the local community, from both retired personnel and persons who have left practice.
