Overview: Extension of ‘Circuit Breaker (CB)’ measures for an additional 4 weeks, directed at whole of country. Elevated number of cases of infection among migrant worker groups, as well as a level of unlinked cases that have not reduced sufficiently since CB began 2 weeks prior. Further restrictions on definition of ‘essential services’ that will continue to operate as bricks & mortar services, and access restrictions at high traffic areas (e.g. specific markets)
