Evidence/Justification: From govt statistics and news reports consistently highlighting a large increase in COVID infections among work permit holders (‘foreign workers’) in dormitories, a large number of whom work in construction and facility repairs. This move is intended to curtail infection risk between other individuals who work in the same sector, but are not already subject to 14-day stay home notices already applied to workers at the dormitories.
