Lead People/Agency: MOH and multi-ministerial taskforce

Overview: Description of the approach that will be taken after the stay-home restriction period ends (Jun 1), in order to mitigate the potential risk of infected persons returning to work, especially in sectors/demographics that have shown the highest rates of infection, in particular, with persons living at worker dormitories. In persons residing at these locations, a combination of serology and PCR testing will be applied, to identify persons with post-infection levels of COVID-19 antibodies. With the rest of the population, pooled PCR testing will be employed (and is already beginning, for preschool workers), and the local capacity for PCR testing set to expand from 8000 to 40000 daily, over the next few months.
