Overview: Recognizing that not every person may be able/willing to delay unions until after COVID-19, civil and Muslim marriages may be solemnized over video links during this COVID-19 period. Unless living in the same existing accommodation, bride and groom (and their celebrants) may not gather in person for the solemnization. Official certificates will be mailed.
