Overview: The Saudi Arabia government has temporarily suspended the entry of Gulf Cooperation Council member states” citizens to Mekkah and Medina. This decision excludes GCC citizens who have been in the Kingdom for 14 consecutive days and show no symptoms of coronavirus infection. Should these citizens wish to visit Mekkah and Medina, they can apply for a visit permit through the Ministry of Haj and Umrah”s website.
