Overview: Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has issued a royal decree to suspend the execution of final sentences and judicial orders related to the imprisonment of the debtor in the cases of the private right, with the temporary release – immediately – from detention of those sentenced in the execution of these rulings and orders, as well as suspending the implementation of final rulings and judicial orders related to enabling children to visit one of the separated parents, until the date of the announcement of the committee concerned to take all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus and the end of the exceptional circumstances of the virus pandemic.
