Overview: The Nepal Government requires all people arriving in Nepal to self-isolate for 14 days following their arrival.

Government representatives will interview all arrivals about their self-isolation plans. Travellers with adequate self-isolation plans will be escorted to their transport and allowed to travel directly to their accommodation.

To be allowed to self-isolate independently, the traveller must not have COVID-19 symptoms, a diagnosis of COVI-19 or be awaiting test results for COVID-19. The traveller must not have been in close contact with a suspected, probable or confirmed COVID-19 case in the last 14 days.
