Overview: The Ministry of Health establishes processes to prepare for pandemic outbreak:

• Release of health information for the public, including best hygiene practices and virus prevention measures
• Non-essential travel to Wuhan discouraged
• Improved screening at all ports of entry: including thermal scanners and random checks, and quarantining of flights arriving from China
• Improved patient screening at health clinics and hospital emergency departments
• National medical research institutes equipped to conduct virus detection and testing
• District-level rapid response and assessment teams prepared for activation in the event of a suspected case
