Overview: New measures in the cities of Nur-Sultan and Almaty, including, the introduction of quarantine and large-scale sanitary and anti-epidemic measures, establishment of a perimeter of a quarantine zone and identifying entry/exit points, restrictions on the movement of people, as well as the entry/exit of vehicles, ensuring the smooth operation of special treatment facilities in three categories: for infected, suspected of infection, quarantine, determining sectors of cities and their borders to limit the movement of citizens (optimal for the organization of food supply and life support), suspension or restriction of daytime public transport and termination of public transport at night, suspension of non-food trading markets, large shopping malls and trading houses, with the exception of their food and drug facilities, the establishment of a new mode of operation of catering facilities on the principle of “delivery to customers” with increased sanitary and anti-epidemic measures, determining the daily needs of the population in quarantine zones and each sector in food, medicine, life support and basic necessities, definition for each of the quarantine areas of the trade and food and essentials, taking into account the minimization of public transport, and other organisational measures.
