Overview: Government will make a lump-sum purchase of 20 million masks made of fabric, which can be reused many times. We will provide a sufficient number of these masks so that everyone at care facilities for the elderly, care centers for people with disabilities, daycare centers, and facilities providing after-school programs in accordance with the present school closure, can receive at least one mask, in cooperation with local governments.
