Overview: 14 decisions were issued by the Crisis Cell in the Babylon Province such as:

1- The implementation of curfew from 6pm to 7am including on Friday and Saturdays.
2-To continue the ban of gatherings in crowded places, markets and malls in the province, while keeping medical clinics throughout the province closed.
3- To allow restaurants to provide delivery services exclusively, with no dine-in permitted in the restaurants.
4- To allow business practices and open commercial stores and factories in the hours of lifting the curfew, taking into account the existence of the minimum number of workers with implementing health protection measures.
5- To continue to close schools and universities, places of worship, cafes, sport stadiums, malls, and wedding halls.
6- To return working hours in all government institutions with the minimum number of workers, provided that this does not exceed the ratio of 25%. The governor has the authority to estimate the actual amount of need and coordination with the crisis cell regarding the necessary facilities for the work of government institutions.
7-To prevent the operation of large transport vehicles with more than four passengers and to allow the Saloon Taxis to operate during the period of opening the curfew.
8-To allow the movement of large trucks (3 tons and more) from 8pm to 6 am.
9-All citizens must wear masks and medical gloves when leaving home without exception. Legal measures will be taken against violators.
10-The health, inspection, security and monitoring teams, according to specialization, should follow the instructions above and take the necessary measures for violators.
11-The Governor of the Crisis Cell may impose additional conditions or restrictions or continue to prohibit movement throughout the governorate or on specific areas.
12-To continue to close the private clinics and Shiite shrines and shrines throughout the province.
13-The situation will be monitored by the crisis cell in Babylon periodically, based on the developments of the epidemiological situation.
14- A total ban will be imposed in the Coronavirus infected areas such as the Al-Zara’a neighborhood area in Abu Ghark and the Shujairiya area in Al Qaryah Al Asriyah.
