Overview: Iranian governorate to supply Wasit (an Iraq governorate) with liquid oxygen, the first shipment arriving tomorrow. Factories in Ilam governorate (in Iran) to supply all hospitals with medical oxygen. Prime Minister called upon to urgently intervene in facilitating the procedures of delivering oxygen and other medical materials from Iran and Kuwait and the countries in which they are available and to prevent obstacles. Meanwhile, the crisis cell in the province of Dhi Qar announced the continuation of the curfew and the closure of internal and external roads, in light of the high rate of Covid-19. Official working hours suspended in all government institutions except for security, health, banks, electricity production stations, and maintenance departments.
