Overview: Baghdad Operations Command announced that all exceptions to the curfew (from 6:00 pm until 5:00 am) would be canceled except for ambulances. Also, the movement of the wheels has stopped completely in Baghdad. The Crisis Cell in Basra decided to prohibit exit and entry into and out of the province except for trucks and stressed on the importance to adhere to the curfew.
