Overview: The Parliament Crisis Cell headed by Hassan Karim Al-Kaabi, the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives visited the two holy governorates of Karbala, where they were received by Governor Nassif Al-Khattabi, after which they moved to Babil Governorate and met with its Governor Hassan Mandil, in the presence of the cell’s Rapporteur, Jawad al-Musawi, the Head of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee and Representatives from the two mentioned governorates. The Crisis Cell, headed by Al-Kaabi, called for urgent action to address the situation of inaction and disregard for the imposition of the curfew, and to reconsider the exceptions granted in this regard, calling for taking the highest levels of accountability for everyone who tries to break the curfew rules. In the meeting, Al-Kaabi called on the cabinet to activate the previous recommendations of the crisis cell related to honoring the medical and health cadres and the security forces for their work, in addition to the supporting authorities and departments. Also, Al- Kaabi called on the cabinet to provide health and medicinal equipments and supplies for all the provinces of Iraq, especially those most affected by the Corona epidemic “.
