Overview: The Crisis Cell in Babylon requested the Ministry of Health to support the Babil Health Department with financial allocations and preventive materials, and to activate the scientific and health committees in the department in order to properly exercise their role, in addition to applying Article 240 of the Law Punishments against violators of the prevention measures represented by wearing masks and gloves and applying social distancing.
It was also decided to organize awareness and education campaigns for citizens by the Babil Health Department, the supporting authorities and organizations, and warn about the seriousness of the health situation during the next two months, and solve the problem of the lack of medical and health staff present in the epidemiological corridors.
