Evidence/Justification: The World Health Organization has clearly encouraged countries to develop new tools in order to achieve country-level coordination, planning, and monitoring throughout the corona virus epidemic. Creating a cost-effective and easily-accessed electronic system was promptly suggested by many epidemiologists in Iran to better measure the extent, distribution, and risk of the disease in various provinces and regions in the country.
