Evidence/Justification: The President of the Republic issued, on March 30, a decree fixing at twenty days, instead of thirty as previously announced in his message the day before, the state of health emergency over the extent of national territory as of March 31, 2020. “The government will take all the exceptional measures necessary to fight back against the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19) during the period under review”, specifies the decree.
