Source of Evidence or Justification: National – government
Evidence/Justification: Given the evolution of the pandemic at the global level and on the instruction of the President of the Republic, Head of State, the Government decrees the immediate closure and until further notice of all land, river, maritime and aerial. Only ships and cargo flights are allowed. This measure takes effect today March 21, 2020 from midnight. Likewise, as part of the preparation for interventions in phase 3 of the response to Covid-19, the Government today requisitions the following health facilities with a view to their redevelopment.
