Evidence/Justification: Circular n°001/PM-CAB of 1 February 2020 of the Prime Minister, Head of Government, Clement Mouamba given the global threat of the very high level of COVID-19 coronavirus reported by the WHO, it is informed to all travellers from high-risk countries that about forty 14 days is effective upon arrival in the Republic of Congo.
Passengers from high-risk countries are required to be confined at official sites or at their home, as the case may be. The countries concerned are: China, South Korea, Italy, Iran and France. This provision effectively came into force on Monday, March 09, 2020.
