Evidence/Justification: “The situation of public calamity, which starts at 00:00 am on September 7, 2020 and has an indefinite duration as long as the risk of the Covid-19 pandemic remains “, announced Filipe Nyusi in his speech to the nation on Friday ( 04.09) at night. According to the President of the Republic (PR) of Mozambique, with this declaration the red alert will be activated, “which will light up whenever the existence of a threat that can turn into a disaster of great magnitude is confirmed” , he explains.”
