Overview: Public Services Commission directed pubic services organisations to prioritize the health of public officers, their clients and the general public above all considerations. The commissions also directed pubic services organisations to prepare their business continuity plans in accordance with flexible working hours including leave options, shifts, and rotations to manage workloads so as to ensure that there is a minimum number of staff at the workplace at anytime.
