Overview: Following the previous day’s message to the nation on the preparedness to manage covid -19 , the Ghana Health Service confirmed the first two positive cases which were conducted by the Noguchi Memorial Institute of Medical Research. Ghanaian were encouraged to stay calm and not fear or panic. The news was delivered by the Minister of health in the presence of the minster for information and other officials. The charged Ghanaians to continue to observe the previous directives by the president
