Overview: South Kivu stops sanctions in order to implement the measures of the Head of State on COVID-19. These include guidelines for the the reduction of passengers in public and private transportation, as well as the regulation of commercial movements throughout the province. It strictly prohibits economic operators from taking advantage of this period of the pandemic to raise the selling prices of food products in markets, supermarkets, grocery stores, boutiques and shops.
