Lead People/Agency: Under the auspices of the government, on Wednesday April 22, we welcomed 165 Congolese (women and children). More than 150 others from the same destination, men this time, were expected on Thursday, April 23, 2020. Many placed in quarantine, for 14 days, in hotels reserved by the government.
Overview: Reception and quarantine (for two weeks) of more than 200 Congolese who were stranded in Dubai and repatriated by the government.
