Lead People/Agency: Coordination of the COVID-19 response is managed by a Technical Committee, headed by the Minister of Health and supervised by the Prime Minister.

Overview: The Government of the DRC launched its COVID-19 preparedness and response plan. The Response Plan has three phases: (Phase 1): zero confirmed cases and activities are devoted to preparing the response; (Phase 2) presence of 1 to 50 confirmed cases, activities dedicated to the response; and (Phase 3) presence of more than 50 confirmed cases and focused on enhanced response and resilience activities.
